The convention will conclude with an exclusive screening of Australian filmmaker Rob Murphy’s documentary entitled Splice Here: A Projected Odyssey’. The documentary records the global change from celluloid to digital cinema projection (DCP), and the loss of film treasures.

During this love letter to celluloid, you’ll discover how the digital revolution has not only changed the way that people watch movies, but how it has spawned a secret world of film preservation through the film collecting underground. You’ll also learn about those championing celluloid.
